We generally process waitlist data based on legitimate interests (running and securing the waitlist and contacting people who asked to hear from us). You can opt out at any time.

Where your data is stored

Waitlist entries are stored using Cloudflare KV (a Cloudflare-managed key-value store) as part of our Cloudflare Pages deployment.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data only as long as needed for the purposes above. If you want your information removed, contact us and we will delete it.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may use service providers (such as Cloudflare) to host and operate this website and its storage.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Changes

We may update this policy as Sideby evolves. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do.
